I was looking for something to help me with my hair loss and only here was there something for the inside and outside together! I'm already noticing an improvement, my hair loss has become much less and I even have little baby hairs on my receding hairline. Can't believe it! I tolerate the capsules really well and my nails have even become stronger and longer. The shampoo smells good and the serum is super easy to apply without being greasy. Will reorder it when it runs out! But it lasts really long.
